The TLE6288R is a 6-channel (150mΩ)Smart Multichannel Switch in SPT4 Technology. The TLE6288R has embedded protection, diagnosis and configurable functions. Channel 1-3 are highside channels with integrated charge pump and can be programmed individually to do autonomous peak and hold current regulation with PWM. Channel 4-6 (also with integrated charge pump) can be configured to work as highside Switch or lowside Switch. The applications of the TLE6288R include: (1)Solenoids, Relays and Resistive Loads; (2)Fast protected Highside Switching (PWM up to >10kHz); (3)Peak and Hold Loads (valves, coils).
